Chapter 128: STREETS AND SIDEWALKS

ARTICLE VI Bicycles and Skateboards [Adopted 8-1-1967 by Ord. No. 34]

S 128-11. Prohibitions.

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle upon the public sidewalks within the corporate limits of Leonardtown.
It shall be unlawful for any person to use and ride a skateboard upon the public sidewalks within the corporate limits of Leonardtown.

S 128-12. Violations and penalties. [Amended 3-14-1994 by Ord. No. 78]

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed six months, or both.
